How to get call details from Google Ads

What you need:

• Access to your Google Ads account

Steps:

Step 1: Sign in to your Google Ads account (see "How to login into your Google Ads account?")

Step 2: In the upper right corner of your account, click the “Reports” icon, then click “Reports” in the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Click the “View all” arrow button.

Step 4: Find the Extensions tab and click Open in the Call Details window (not Call Extensions).

Step 5: Choose the correct time period and columns.

Step 6: Click the Download button and select a file type (.pdf is ideal for reporting to clients).

Done! The report file will be downloaded to your computer. Now you can close the report window.
